MOCAfest is launching its first MOCAfellows programme that is now a core component of the existing festival. The fellowship starts with three days of creative business and professional development workshops created especially for artists. Following this, the fellows will join the festival artists for three days of MOCAfest, including time to collaborate and create together with featured artists. The end goal is to give artists the key skills they need in order to plan and launch successful careers as artists as well as learn from other artists and arts professionals. Artists will also have the opportunity to perform, present and exhibit their work at MOCAfest.
MOCAfellows is open to individual artists of any discipline or genre
Artists can apply from any country around the globe
Only ten artists will be selected, representing a diversity of countries
Artists must be at least 18 years old
Proficiency in spoken English is required
Artists must cover their own international travel to London. WIEF will cover the remaining costs for the program, lodging, food, and ground transportation
MOCAfellows + MOCAfest will run from 26th October - 31st October, artists should thus plan to be in London from 25th October - 1st November
